Shabbat Baby Sitting-Extended
In an effort to provide children who attend Tot (Ages 3-5) and Primary Services (K-2nd) with additional supervision after their services have ended (11:15 AM), a group of parents under the direction of Erin Chernow, have established an extended Shabbat Baby Sitting Program.
Here’s how it works:
Once Tot and Primary Services have concluded, assigned parents will take those children who would like to go outside to the playground. If the weather is bad, children will remain inside for appropriate activities including listening to stories, etc. After the recitation of the Mourner’s Kaddish, the parents will then lead the children into the main service to join their families. Please note that regular babysitting will continue and begins at 9:30 AM-thru Ein Keloheinu.
If you have any questions and/or would like to volunteer, please Email Yael Pritzker.
