This spring, CSI Sisterhood partnered once again with the National Council of Jewish Women for its annual Mother's Day "Pop-Up" Jewelry Stores at Title I elementary schools. Congregants donated costume jewelry and other items for the children at Briar Vista Elementary to choose to give as a present to their special person on Mother's Day.

On Friday, April 25th, a group of CSI women volunteered at the event, where they were welcomed enthusiastically by students and staff alike. A great time was had by all at the meaningful jewelry "sale". 

Shearith members have been tutoring students at Briar Vista for three years, and 15 CSI-connected tutors assisted students on a weekly basis at the school during the 2024 - 2025 year.
