Introducing... Life Yeshiva! This will mark the first learning session of Life Yeshiva, a new series of classes for teens. The class is open to all 10th graders in the community. Join us on erev Shavuot with talented teen educator Joey Heyman!

The underlying theme of the Life Yeshiva program class is Machloket L’Shem Shamayim, how to engage in tricky situations for the sake of Heaven. This will be the lens through which we explore each of the topics of study in Life Yeshiva. We will explore these essential questions: What value do ancient texts hold in my modern life? Why is it so difficult for some individuals/groups to communicate on hot-button topics? Why is it important to maintain open channels of communication with people with whom I disagree? What are topics/subjects that I am passionate about pursuing independently?
