Shabbat Morning Services - April 17 - Sanctuary Attendance Registration Form

We look forward to praying, singing, and being together with you in the Sanctuary for Shabbat Morning Services on April 17! Due to the need for physical distancing, at this time, your seats will be assigned adjacent to your household family only and spaced apart from other households. During the week before the service, you will receive an email with the location of you or your family’s assigned seats within the Shearith Israel Sanctuary. Thank you, in advance, to adhering to the necessary restrictions for the day of the service. The restrictions will be detailed in your confirmation email upon completion of this form.
