CSI Program Submission Form

Does your idea have a title? Not required at this time.
What's the main idea? What do you hope we accomplish with this effort?
If relevant, please indicate additional info in the field below, such as: 
  • specific time (i.e. 7:30 pm on October 3rd).
  • A suggested range (a Sunday night in October or November)
  • Completely non-specific (a series to run for 4-8 weeks wherever it fits into the schedule)
Please note: We may be unable to accommodate programs on certain holidays, Yom Tov, and Shabbatot, and programs should not overlap with morning and evening services.
Please note: Security personnel are required for all meetings/events over 30 people and for the doors to be unlocked. Additional security personnel will be mandatory for groups of 60 or more.
Will this program have an expense for it to be successful?  For example, cookies and coffee for a learning program with a volunteer teacher might cost $15-20 a session. A congregational retreat at Ramah Darom could cost $30,000 or more.  

For the purposes of this question, only consider the expected cost. Decisions of how to pay for the program can come later in the process.
