5780 High Holidays Honors Request Form

Dear Shearith Israel Congregant,

During Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, we honor you, our congregants and community, throughout our Yom Tov Services. These honors, be they reading from the Torah, having an Aliyah, or opening or closing the ark, are opportunities to be present with the divine, help uplift our joyful prayer and to request your personal dreams for yourself, your family, and the greater Shearith community. We would like to include you this year. If you would like an honor, you may request one by submitting this form. Please be sure to respond by Monday, July 8, 2019.

Each member of our community merits an honor. There are, however, fewer honors available than there are congregants. We will do our best to provide an honor at the most convenient time to everyone who makes a request.

Please note: You will not automatically be assigned the same honor as last year unless you request it here.
