USY Board 2020-2021
Congratulations to our 2020-2021 CSI USY Board!
President: Sam Trotz
My name is Sam Trotz, I’m a 10th grader at Maynard Jackson highschool, and Im super excited to serve as CSI’s chapter president this year. Music is one of my many passions, and I play the flute piccolo, piano, and bari saxophone. I got into USY my freshman year, and have loved it ever since. The awesome memories and friendships I’ve made through USY will stay with me forever, and I’m super excited to see all the great things our chapter does this year!
VP Membership/Kadima: Sam Prausnitz-Weinbaum
Hi! I’m Sam Prausnitz-Weinbaum. I’m serving as the Membership/Kadima VP for the 2020-2021 CSI USY Board. I’m a 10th grader at Grady High School (go Knights!) and I love USY! I’m excited about board for this year because I’ll get to be with some of my best friends having a blast. Plus, I get to be in charge of welcoming new people into USY! I think this board will make the 2020-21 year the best yet for CSI, the REAL Atlanta chapter!
VP Religion/Education: Leora Frank
My position on the board is Rel/Ed. I go to Atlanta Jewish Academy, and I'm an upcoming 9th grader. I'm excited to be on the board because I want to help make Judaism exciting. I also am looking forward to making good friends.

VP Programming: JP Lockwood
I’m JP Lockwood, a senior at Decatur High School. I enjoy playing soccer, running, and learning new things. I’ve been involved with USY since my sophomore year, when we revived the CSI chapter. I’ve served as President and Executive Vice President And I’m so excited to see the younger kids get involved and passionate. CSI USY has been one of the most innovative, fun, and energized chapters in Ein Gedi since it’s reestablishment and I hope to see it grow into being one of the best chapters in all of Hanegev! I’m looking forward to another great year of USY!
