Master Plan/Communications Contact
Congregational Engagement
Congregational engagement is of utmost importance. We will have multiple ways to engage throughout the process including through in person gatherings, online forums and a community-wide survey. In particular, there will be focused outreach to four representative Stakeholder Groups: Education and Youth; Operations; Spirituality and Welcoming; and Community Facing, enabling leadership across our community to share much needed feedback to help shape the plan’s DNA. We want to make sure that everyone knows where we are in the Master Planning process every step of the way. As such, we’ll employ a proactive communications plan, and will share visual displays both in our campus and online, so that all congregants can engage in the manner that best works for them.
